At Braziliant, we take pride in providing you with
comfortable, pain free hair removal.
Unlike other waxing studios that work on a time
crunch, we meticulously take time ensuring
your service is top notch. Certified and trained by
Alexandria Professional Body Sugaring, providing the
sought after art of sugar. Sugaring has been
around since Ancient Egyptian times, and is made
up of only 3 ingredients; sugar, lemon, and water.
The sugar is not only safe, but edible! It does not
adhere to live skin resulting in less irritation and
is a great option for those with sensitive skin.
Thorough recommendations of pre and post-care are
provided during the consultation.
About the owner, Asia
Asia served 8 1/2 years in the Navy and honorably separated in 2012. Born and raised in Iowa, she decided to stay in Virginia after her military tour. She attended school at the Chrysm Institute of Esthetics where she received unparalled training in the skincare field, and obtained her license as a Master esthetician. She had a passion for hair removal and was curious to find out what "Sugaring" was. She became certified with Alexandria Professional Sugaring Company, and wanted to share this awesome hair removal technique with the Hampton Roads area. She established Braziliant in 2015 out of a room in the back of a hair salon off of N. Great Neck Road. Approximately a year later, she moved into a 3 room Suite off of Harpers Road and hired help to keep up with the growing trend. She is working on opening a Second location! She has one son, two dogs, and one cat. Her hobbies include singing karoake, relaxing which includes receiving facials and massages, spending intimate time with friends and family, and visiting new places. She considers herself down to earth and strives to makes you feel comfortable during any service.
